Official lies

As is usual during times of war, we are being fed even more lies than
at other times. Telling half-truths while carefully concealing missing
information is also a kind of lying, for all practical purposes. So when
the media talk about "over 90% of the American population supports
military action, how did they get this figure? What was the question?
And what alternatives were offered during the survey? Obviously we are
being fed half-truths by the government and the media.

Here are some figures from a Gallup Poll taken within a week of the
attacks on the Word Trade Center.
